My dear future officers;

 There is no doubt about that every one who prepare for SSB interview know about OLQs. whenever anyone says OLQs generally we all see a list of behavioural charecteristics. They are an around 15 -20 in number. Eg Iinitiative, Courage etc..................

BUT is that sufficient ??????????????????

All Coaching classes provide a list of OLQs to their candidates............................


..........THEN

          WHY 98% OF CANDIDATES FAIL & ONLY 2% MANAGE TO QUALIFY??????????????
