What is the difference Between Coach Candidate & Natural Talent..????????

My dear future officers;
Last article , We have learn how prioritisation of your effort on OLQs is important for your success. (OLQs Secret revealed)
In this article , We will learn one more secret about difference between a Coach Candidate and Naturaly talented candidate. We will cover
1.    The perspective of SSB assessors towards a coach candidate and natural talent.
2.    The chances of success in both cases?
3.    SSBinterviewguide Success Advice.

First & Foremost important is SSB Assessors don’t select the candidates who are coached on SSBinterviews. According to SSB selection Criteria the candidates who had any kind of coaching or briefing on ‘how to tackle SSBinterviews’ are considered as potential cheaters.
SSB selection criteria has its own unique ways to find out who all candidates are coached & believe me it is very difficult to fool them if you are using conventional approach for perparation. You are constantly under supervision, your thoughts are supervised in psychological test, your behaviour and words you speak are analysed in G.T.O. &  Personal interviewer will trouble you asking contradictory and difficult personal and emotional questions where you can be trapped ; your content and style of answer will tell him whether you are coached or natural???

Although what I just said is 100% true, I will say that Natural talent and coach candidate both has equal chances of selection and rejection.

HOW?????????

The empirical truth in this world is l ‘ Do anything but do not get caught . This will help those who are coached. Those who are naturally talented may fail if they do not learn to represent their talent in required manner.

‘Do anything but do not get caught’ holds true in case of Armedforces. If you are caught you will be punished & if not; you will sail through any kind of problem.
 So funda is  PLAY IT SMART.

We at SSBINTERVIEWGUIDE know that none of the appearing candidates actually possess minimum required qualities. They learn it at some or other coaching centre. In fact it will be more truthful to say that they learn how to showcase the qualities required for success in interview.
Then
Why only 5 or 6 & even sometimes 2 or 1 candidate gets recommended out of batch of 140 or 160. The selection ratio is merely 3% to 4%.
The answer is Failed candidates do not know where and how to represent their (Learned) qualities without getting into trap of a coach candidate category. Successful candidate are serious about their effort & they know how to convert their learned qualities such that it will look as natural talent

SSBINTERVIEWGUIDE has always been insisting on playing it smart. We will tell you that how assessors decide on whether a candidate is a coach candidate or natural talent. Once you know this Secret your chances of selection shoots up to 98%. Remaining  2% goes will be explained in coming articles.

All the best.
